WomanUp runs or contributes to events on the theme of female leadership.  Our founders, and members of our specialist panel, facilitate in-company events and leadership meetings. We also contribute to conferences and corporate events. We:

• Engage directly with business leaders on how they can support this important agenda within their businesses

• Share inspirational leadership stories from senior female executives

• Provide practical advice to female staff members on how they can become the leaders they aspire to be

• Highlight the barriers females face – and more importantly how such barriers can be overcome

• Encourage men and women to support aspiring female leaders, through sponsorship, mentoring and other initiatives

• Interact with the audiences at such events to ensure that experiences and learnings can be shared
