WomanUp also provides the 12-month Female Leadership Programme to clients as an open programme. It covers the same developmental journey as our in-house programme but has the added bonus of participants being able to interact with and journey with women from outside their own companies and sectors.

The ability to share stories, challenges and experiences creates a special bond amongst participants. They often go on to form friendships and networks that last long after the WomanUp programme ends. We operate these programmes from central locations that best suit our clients.
